Requirements |
 |
Ph.D. in Pharmacology and/or Life science with a minimum of 3 years of post-doctorial experience or industrial experience in the field of in vivo pharmacology in preclinical drug discovery area |

Design and perform in vivo pharmacological studies. Must have hands-on experience/knowledge studies in rodent models, preferably but not limited to xenograft mouse and rat tumor models with the aim to validate targets and to characterize compounds |
 |
The candidate must be proficient in the interpretation of experimental data with respect to potency, selectivity, and efficacy. A background in pharmacokinetics, metabolism and toxicology is of advantage |
 |
Excellent observational, organizational and documentation skills, as well as written communication and interpersonal skills are required |
 |
Present data in meetings and conferences. Excellent English communication skills are a must |
 |
Ability to develop solutions/strategy key to the group goals |
 |
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage multiple projects with significant complexity |
 |
Ability to work day-to-day independently |
 |
Commitment to work in a team environment |
