Senior Scientist/ Scientist, in vivo Pharmacology

The successful candidate will be responsible to design, organize and implement the conduct of in vivo models (e.g tumor xenograft model or other disease models) for our pre-clinical drug discovery programs   Requirements Ph.D. in Pharmacology and/or Life science with a minimum of 3 years of post-doctorial experience or industrial experience in the field of in vivo pharmacology in preclinical drug discovery area Design and perform in vivo pharmacological studies. Must have hands-on experience/knowledge studies in rodent models, preferably but not limited to xenograft mouse and rat tumor models with the aim to validate targets and to characterize compounds The candidate must be proficient in the interpretation of experimental data with respect to potency, selectivity, and efficacy. A background in pharmacokinetics, metabolism and toxicology is of advantage Excellent observational, organizational and documentation skills, as well as written communication and interpersonal skills are required Present data in meetings and conferences. Excellent English communication skills are a must Ability to develop solutions/strategy key to the group goals Demonstrate ability to lead and manage multiple projects with significant complexity Ability to work day-to-day independently Commitment to work in a team environment
