Capabilities
The molecular screening facility provides the primary molecular screens for the lead finding and optimization stages of S*BIO’s drug discovery projects and supplies solutions of compounds for in vitro and in vivo pharmacological and ADME tests.
Successful lead finding and lead optimization campaigns have been carried out against diverse drug target classes, including histone deacetylases, protein kinases and lipid kinases.

Supported assay platforms in plate densities of up to 384 well format include:
- Radiometric e.g. FlashPlate, SPA
- Fluorometric e.g. TRF, HTRF, FLINT

- Photometric e.g. absorbance, ELISA)
