S*BIO’s target-driven approach to innovative small molecule therapies for cancer is built on a profound understanding of cancer biology and our ability to translate that understanding into best-in-class clinical compounds. With access to over a quarter of a million drug like molecules plus the latest high throughput screening technology, we are able to identify multiple new lead candidates every year. A complementary lead finding approach is computational chemistry, that is also supporting our strong team of experienced scientists and biologists in the lead optimisation phase. Rapid optimisation of promising lead compounds into first-in-class and best-in-class development candidates is one of the core competencies of S*BIO.

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure includes a comprehensive technology platform covering the drug discovery value chain, from target identification and validation to pre-clinical development candidates. We also have a range of molecular and genomic technologies that allows us to explore important new targets and disease pathways in an efficient manner.
